Friday October 22, 2010 I think that trying to make a memorial for the victims of the Titanic is a preposterous idea. More than one thousand people died that day and this is insulting to those people and their families. I don't think this is a smart idea. If they're going to dress the same as the people that suffered from the frigid waters of Newfoundland, Canada, they should at least be a little more respectful about it. When my great grandmother died, I was affected and if someone was to renact her death I would be very insulted. If we were to go back and renact the death of th thousands of passengers on the Titanic, then imagine how the relatives of those who suffered would feel. Monday October 25, 2010 I don't disagree or agree. I think that in some cases it is making us dependent meaning we rely more on google than our brains. But sometimes we get very frustrated and really need help when nobody is there to supply us with the info we need. One time my mom left to go to the grocery store but I had a question and got confused with my science homework so I got on google and got several answers. If somebody were to tell me that I was getting as stupid as a dumbell; I would immediately stop using google. Monday November 1, 2010 I disagree. I think that if parents wanted to get help for their child; that is their problem. If students have to go to school year-round, I think that they might not put forth as much effort. But if they got vacation now and then they may be more passionate about their school work. I remember going to summer school after 4th grade and did not do much because I knew that all of my other friends were having a blast without me. Monday December 13, 2010 3. There major consequence for cyberbullying, When teens were asked why they think others cyberbully, 81 percent said that cyberbullies think it’s funny, or don't think it is a big deal.2.Why don't they enforce rules of no bullying of any type on websites?Don't people see the trouble caused by bullying? Friday December 16, 2010 Who would have thought that cooking it makes you try it. Never thought about it that way. But I thought that school lunches were supposed to be the healthiest they could be or at least that's what I was told at SHES. I think that they are going a little over board with the salad bars at school at LMS salad is an option every day. I think it's a good idea to have healthy lunches but don't go over board with it.
Tuesday January 18, 2011 Bullies should be criminals because they kind of commit a assisted suicide, although they don't actually don't murder their victims; they still bully them to a point where victims have only one way out. I don't think cops can arrest many bullies because most are verbal or cyber. But the truth of the matter is that bullies to me are criminals.
Sunday January 23, 2011 I don't think that illegal immigrants are good for the economy because people start to think of going around to other countries illegally. But the U.S needs citizens that have a high school education or better yet college educations. But the angle that I have on this subject makes me believe that illegal immigrants are bad for the country. Friday February 04, 2011 I think it should not have even aired in the first place. I don't find it entertaining to see divas fighting with their moms about the type of dress that they want to wear when they walk down the run-way. Though the title toddlers and tiaras is kind of eye popping to me.
